The location of the hotel is fantastic. Just a five-minute walk to the train station made getting around so easy. The room offered a lovely view of the internal garden with a peaceful atmosphere. Wi-Fi connection in my room was fantastic. The high breakfast costs surprised me. 22 CHF per person felt steep, especially with limited choices. One morning, the scrambled eggs ran out and weren't replaced, disappointing. The room insulation left something to be desired. I often heard noise from the street. Some staff early on seemed a bit rushed and not as attentive as I hoped. Though cleanliness was excellent and the bathroom well-designed, I wish for better insulation and a bit more warmth in service. My overall experience had its ups and downs but was mostly enjoyable.

The room was larger than most. It was clean and utilitarian, but still nice. The price was reasonable compared to others and its distance from the train station was good. The glass bathroom made it a bit odd to share with my mother.

It was just a good pick for a brief hiatus in Lausanne with attractive and competitive value for money. My room had a lovely view of the internal garden, a nice touch after a long day. Be sure to ask about transport passes right at check-in to save on metro fares.

The room was perfectly fully equipped !! I WOULD LIKE TO MENTION "SABINA" (RECEPTION): she was very professional and promptly reacted to my requests.

The room was super comfy and spacious, perfect for a family stay! Great location near the train station, but the steep path with heavy luggage was a hassle. A solid experience 😊

Convenient location near railway station. Good restaurants and old town not far away. They give you a card for the city transport. We also liked the quiet and the garden view. The room is large. There is a kettle, cups and a fridge in the room, down blankets and pillows. There was a decent breakfast not very expensive, compared to other hotels.
The glass wall between the shower and the room. We had a feeling, that late in the evening the street, where the hotel is located, is not very safe, though we personally didn't have any accidents.

Big rooms, comfortable bed and nice modern design.
The room was too warm and the air conditioning did not seem to make much difference. The charge for the car park overnight was expensive.

The location made it easy to explore Lausanne, just a stone's throw from the main train station. The spacious Family Room offered amazing views over the tropical garden and was equipped with a kitchenette, perfect for those who enjoy a bit of home cooking. The breakfast spread was a good assortment, especially the chance to whip up my own soft-boiled eggs!
No complimentary water.

Good location, smart rooms. Efficient service.
It wasn't clear how breakfast worked - nobody explained. The room was too warm and there wasn't any obvious way of cooling it down other than opening a window!
